Terms & Conditions
- Clients get one month free by buying any annual subscriptions. However, payment must be paid in full from the beginning of the subscription
- The client should avoid taking care of the plants on their own unless specifically asked. On-site gardeners will take care of the plants at all times
- Rooted Living provides warranty for pot and plant damage arising from natural reasons outside of client’s control
- The client will be reliable to pay in full for any plant or pot damage caused by their accidental damage
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but the plan will run to the end of the subscribed term, i.e., There will be no refunds for existing subscriptions and cancelled subscriptions will be stopped at the end of the renewal period
- The client should inform Rooted Living if any plant or pot is damaged not later than one day of damage
- The client should inform Rooted Living one week in advance if the client will not be in the city during the weekly maintenance
- The client should pay the subscription amount no later than 3 days after the start of the month
- The client should inform Rooted Living immediately if any unwanted substances, pests, fungus, are observed on the plants. As mentioned all plant and pot damages arising out of natural causes will be covered by Rooted Living
- The client will be charged separately for any kind of additional home styling (say, for an occasion) which requires additional plants or pots or both
- Any new subscription will be prorated from the beginning date till the end of the month, and then monthly subscription amount will be charged periodically from the beginning of the next month. By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, the client agrees to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy
